Parking Lots for Employees Only
- The Maple Street Lot (M1), behind CVS
- The Railroad Lot (R1), behind the Post Office. Enter from Broad Street or Railroad Avenue
- The upper levels of the tiered garage (T1). Enter from Springfield Ave.
Note: For these lots employees must have either an employee ID and pay by the day or a prepaid employee car sticker.
Employee On Street Parking
There are about 30 on-street spaces. The Parking meters are covered with green hoods. These meters are in the following locations:
- Beechwood Road, North of DeForest Ave.
- Springfield Ave., East of Waldron Ave.
- Maple Ave., North of DeForest Ave.
Note: Employees must purchase an employee car sticker to use these spaces.
Other Parking Lots shared with with Residents
- The Broad Street Lot (B2). Employees can park on any level, but 60 spaces on the upper level are for employees only.
- The surface lot just East of the Broad Street Garage.
- The Chestnut Lot (C1),
- The Elm Street Lot (E1).
- The Sampson Lot (not shown) located off Summit Ave, South of Morris Ave and adjacent to the Middle School.
- In addition, 200 long term (5 and 12 hour) metered spaces on the periphery of Downtown.
Note: An Employee sticker or Summit Resident sticker is required in the these lots
