Sourced from local farms, fisherman and select purveyors, the Summit House menu features a raw bar specializing in East Coast oysters, peak-season vegetables and humanely raised meats. With an extensive seasonal craft cocktail program, their bar serves locally brewed beers as well as old- and new-world wines with a focus on biodynamic and organic farming practices.
Their motto, “Community Through Cuisine,” speaks to their locally sourced menu and their hope that visitors will use Summit House to celebrate their lives and the people in it, both in everyday moments and on special occasions.
