Valley Shepherd Creamery, an old fashioned creamery with a unique farm in New Jersey on 120 beautiful acres in Long Valley, Morris County, NJ, has been a vendor at the Summit Farmers Market for years! When the downtown cheese shop was up for sale, members of the Valley Shepherd family decided to buy it and open their own Summit Cheese Shoppe in downtown Summit.

They have combined years of artisan cheesemaking expertise with modern equipment from around the world and age old European sheep farming practices to create Valley Shepherd Creamery cheeses. Valley Shepherd creates over thirty styles of artisan cheeses, yogurt and butter and now you can buy them every day in downtown Summit!

Stop in for delicious sandwiches along with the wide array of cheeses and meats along with accompanying jams, crackers, oils and spreads. (There's even some gourmet ice cream too!)
